Repeat out loud: "17, 16, 15, 14... & before you get to 1 you will forget what it was that you were upset about."
Ease comes to you sooner when you surrender to the ebb and flow of
evolution. Then peace, clarity of purpose and gratitude will guide your daily
actions and decisions.
You are supported. This is not the time for panic and despair - it is a time for reflection, for pause, for enlightenment.
